Applicable to everyone

Tips To Improve Interactions Among The Generations: I think that everyone should read this article. I think this because, that's what most likely will be dealing with in our future and what were dealing with now in our classes and interactions. The article breaks down the generations into things that are common with the people. Then it gives tips to how to incorporate everyone from the generations to learn as one. We all come from different generations, and teaching the different ages they so far are all in the same generation. It important to understand how each generations tends to think and understand things. Thus creating a better opportunity to better communicate and teach people from all generations.
FINK'S FIVE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD COURSE DESIGN: I picked this one because it was simple and I think that it can be very helpful when designing any course for any program. The article breaks up into the 5 principles of: 1. Challenging students to Higher Levels of Learning, which is talking about going beyond the typical comprehension and remembering questions that are all to common in the schools today.
2. Use Active forms of Learning: Make the students use critical thinking the problem solving to get them to learn. It better then just having them read a book with pictures and lecturing them about how to do things.
3. Frequent and intermediate feedback: I think that is one is important, especially in lue of last article I read. This current generation needs feedback and needs it right away. So giving feedback is important to knowing how the students are learning and what you, as a teacher, might have to do differently.
4.Support all types of learning: You can do this by switching up you methods delivery to accommodate all types of learners. so just don't stick to lecture, do hands on as well.
5. Assessment and grading: People don't like to see that, when they think they are learning, their grade doesn't reflect it. Develop a better system of grading that is fair yet is able to communicate to the student that they are learning and not just doing bad on a test or quiz.
